Good News to Know
  • Made with 100% natural fibers–they’re renewable, feel exquisite to wear, and biodegrade at the end of their life. We garment wash all of our clothing, so your order arrives pre-shrunk and wonderfully softened.
  • Every garment is hand cut and sewn in the U.S. by a value-aligned, woman-owned factory.

One of our most popular pieces–originally released in 2015, this style has been through many iterations. With slim shoulders, deep armholes and a low scoop neckline it can waffle between jumpsuit and overall depending on your mood. I love it best layered over a sweater or tee, but it can certainly be worn on it's own.

Deep Clyde pockets are practical and visually interesting, while vertical seams provide flattering length. Pulls on over the hips, in truly easy one-piece fashion. I like picturing this piece getting lots of mileage in art studios, at wintry bonfires with friends, and on long travel days. Intended to have an oversized fit. Cropped length hits above ankle.

100% Linen, Oeko-Tex certified. Medium weight, sturdy broadcloth that can be pressed to a neat, crisp finish or left wrinkled after washing for a perfectly lived-in look. Linen possesses natural strength and durability, and it's a super friendly fiber on the environment. It requires very little processing, and is hypoallergenic, comfortable in all seasons, insulating, and absorbent.

Linen is a natural fiber made from cellulose fiber inside the stalks of the flax plant. It is a complete product of nature, and can vary drastically in color and texture based on the growing conditions of the season. Variations in base color and texture are not uncommon.

Natural imperfections in weave are also to be expected and embraced--slubs, nubs, and occasional bits of organic matter are common in linen. If you are looking for the homogeny and perfection of a synthetic fiber or a finely woven cotton you will not find it in linen.

Wash on gentle cycle with cold water. Tumble dry warm. Leave unpressed for a beautifully rumpled look or press on medium heat with steam to remove wrinkles.

Linen is a natural fiber and is expected to wear and fade over time, which we love.

Flax A neutral to end all neutrals. Our Flax Linen is the undyed, natural color of the fiber. The color can vary from the palest beach sand to uncooked oatmeal with flecks of warm spices to a taupe putty with grey undertones. We challenge you to find a pairing color Flax linen doesn’t bring out the best in.

Black With the natural variations in the weave of true linen, our Black is anything but basic. Unworn, this forever shade holds the saturation of soot and tar. If you wash and tumble dry, over time you’ll see a bit more fading around the seams, giving a lived-in, favorite tee look.

Olive Like a drizzle of the nicest bottle of olive oil in your pantry, this shade of our Midweight Linen is a Mediterranean-inspired pop of earth. Wash and dry it for years and it will still retain the most beautiful lichen-esque hue. Pairs effortlessly with neutrals like our Flax Midweight Linen.

Navy Possibly the cooler little sister to Black, our Navy Midweight Linen is a color of substance. It can read almost black in a certain light, but its true essence is an inky midnight blue. It fades over time, wash, and wear like your favorite dark denim, which makes us love it all the more.

Terra This savory shade of Midweight Linen is spicy chili oil in fabric form. The bold hue remind us of the magical red clay of Oaxaca, Mexico, but there's also a nod to the slightly softer orange shades of mimolette cheese or cantaloupe. For a balanced look, we often pair our Flax Midweight Linen with Terra, but a monochromatic Terra top and bottom is our idea of a modern power suit.

Ivory Our not-too-white white Midweight Linen. A shade of white that won't blind you, nor does it get dingy looking after wear or wash. The undertones are very subtle and warm, akin to white rice. Our Ivory reads as crisp and clean, especially with a quick press of the iron. Slightly transparent, we prefer tops and dresses in Ivory.

This edition of the Clyde Jumpsuit has been redesigned to align with the current fit of our Clyde Work Pant. The fit will be similar to past versions of the jumpsuit, but with a slightly wider calf, more nuanced shaping at the seams around the chest, and a slightly lengthened torso to accommodate more bodies since we no longer offer length options!

Clyde Jumpsuit Highlights

1. The lack of side seams boosts comfort and long-leg vibes. Classic, extra-roomy, crescent-shaped pockets that span the side panel for endless pocketing of important things.

2. Our signature topstitching on vertical seams provides structure, durability, and a streamlined look–and underneath that topstitching is a strong, multithread chain stitch. The vertical seams offer subtle shaping around the bust.

3. The bias-faced arm holes are low cut, allowing the jumpsuit to be worn as a complete outfit or to pair over a shirt like an overall.

4. The open bias-faced “u” neckline makes it easy to pull over your hips.

5. Easy-going in the waist and hip for maximum movement.

6. A straight, slightly tapered leg that hits just at the ankle for a sleek finish.
